What I do for Wellness

Wellness can look like many different things to different people. For me it turned into a hobby about 2 years ago. The more I have learned about pollution, chemicals etc. it was important to me to do what I could to be kind to myself! It also makes me happy!

  • I like to work out anywhere from 3-5 times a week. The word “like” is used loosely but I know how good it is for my mental, physical and heart health.
  • I drink anywhere from 80 to 120 oz of water a day. I find that my skin and digestion is the most
  • consistent when I do this
  • I like to use the sauna occasionally as it is so good at helping your body expel toxins
  • I fuel my body with nutrient dense foods and prefer veggies over fruit 99% of the time. I always have cheat meals of course!
  • I get lymphatic drainage massages 1 time a month to aid in digestion and expel toxins
  • I get facials regularly
  • I take supplements daily
  • I aim for 6-8 hours of sleep or more

That is all I can think of at the moment. The more I think of Ill continue to add!
