Tips for a stress free airport experience

Traveling can be a hassle, especially when it comes to navigating busy airports. Between long security lines, delayed flights, and the stress of getting one place to another, its no wonder that many people find the airport experience to be one of the least enjoyable parts of travel. But it doesn’t have to be that way! With a few simple tricks you can make your airport experience as stress free as possible!

  1. Arrive Early: Give yourself plenty of time to get through security and make it to your gate. Its better to arrive early and have some time to relax and grab a drink rather than risk being late and stressed out
  2. Pack Smart: Make sure your’e prepared for security by having ID and boarding pass ready. Having TSA Pre-check is also a major plus. Not having to take you shoes off and take your electronics out makes going through security a breeze.
  3. Stay Organized: Use a carry-on with multiple compartments to keep your belongings organized and easily accessible.This will make it easier to find what you need during your flight and make the security process go more smoothly
  4. Keep entertained: Bring a book, magazine or ipad/laptop to help pass the time while waiting for your flight
  5. Be proactive about comfort: Dress in comfy clothing. Bring a neck pillow, blanket, snacks and drinks to make your flight as comfortable as possible. With a little prep you can make your airport experience a breeze!
