Supplements I take daily

Now that cooler weather is finally upon us and sick season is around the corner I thought it would be a good idea to write a quick post about the supplements I take every day.
I loathe getting sick so I do everything in my power to keep my immune system functioning at an all-time high by giving my body the vitamins and minerals it needs!
Ritual Women’s multivitamin: I am a sensitive person and I take them every morning on an empty stomach and have never had any issues. I love them!
Seed symbiotic: I am sure you have heard everyone talk about these. I’m here to tell you that the hype is real! They are a pre/probiotic. Gut health is so important, and this may be TMI, but they help keep me regular. I take them every morning on an empty stomach.
Sambucus Elderberry: an immune booster. They taste good and honestly make me feel like I am giving my immune system an added boost.
I like to keep it simple and have been taking all of these for a year or longer. I love them and haven’t gotten sick in about 2.5 years, so they seem to be doing the trick!
